Cleanliness, careful work and looking after people have been
important to me for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in a family where keeping the home clean, comfortable and well looked after was part of everyday life. It was simply the normal way of
doing things, and that early standard stayed with me as I
became older.
Before moving fully into the cleaning industry, I also ran
a food shop. In that environment, cleanliness and hygiene could never be an
afterthought. Customer areas and working surfaces
needed attention every day, while people also expected
friendly, dependable service. It taught me that customers
notice both the standard of the work and the way they are
treated.
My cleaning journey began in 2004, starting
with carpet cleaning. I enjoyed seeing the visible change:
taking a carpet affected by dirt, marks and everyday use and
making it look brighter, fresher and properly cared for
again. Seeing the customer’s reaction at the end encouraged
me to keep developing my skills and build a service around
careful results and considerate customer care.
