Keep your stove clean.

Wash or sanitize the slabs, sink, and counters

After peeling and cutting the fruits, the skin of fruits and vegetables should be thrown in the basket, and the basket should be cleaned daily. You should wash the floor twice a week to avoid permanent stains on the floor. After that, turn on the fan or open the window to pass the fresh air and sunlight to your kitchen.
Arrange and clean your fridge
We use the fridge for storing our food for a few days and weeks by freezing it at low temperatures as low temperature inhibits the microbial growth that can contaminate the food.

After a week, you should clean your fridge by making a solution of baking soda and water.

Sometimes, we do not address the drainage system of our kitchen that leads to producing foul smell due to decays of organic waste of kitchen passed to it and non-biodegradable objects. Microbes are present everywhere and start the decomposition of degradable matter by producing foul smell and increasing their growth rate.
So, the drainage should be checked and cleaned after a couple of days to avoid issues related to cleanliness.
Keep the walls and doors clean.
The walls and doors of the kitchen also get dirt and germ present in the air. We should clean the walls and doors after a week. You can clean the walls and doors without removing the paints by adding a few drops of detergent in warm water.
Then dip the mop or sponge in this solution and wipe the walls and doors to remove the stains, dust, and germs as well.
Allow the sunlight to pass through your kitchen.
The radiations of sunlight have the intensity to kill the microbes present on surfaces. It is a better and natural way to disinfect your kitchen by letting it in contact with sunlight. Open the doors and windows that allow the sunlight to pass through the kitchen.
Change the sponge and towel.
The sponge used to clean the dirty and greasy dishes should be changed soon to avoid the cleaning problem as the older one may leave the stains as it absorbs the odor and grease present on the dishes.
Your dish towel should be clean as it is used to dry the dishes after washing. You can wash it to make it clean but after using it several times when you feel it does not seem too good for cleaning drying dishes, replace it with the new one.
